Today was a good day

Today was a good day. It wasn't a very interesting or remarkable day but two good things happened in it, which helped a ton.

First, DAVID COOK WAS ON ISRAELI RADIO! Yup, yup. "Time Of My Life", the corniest song on planet earth, was rockin' the magic rainbows on 88FM (I think it was point-something, don't remember). So go Cookie, being played in Israel too. It's a good positive step towards his record being released here and maybe just maybe we'll get a show. Maybe. Here's to hoping.

The second good thing that happened today was that I got my "Down Under With McFly" DVD which was literally worth every penny. It says it's a 45 minutes long DVD, it's actually 49. And I was counting. It included all kinds of awesome stuff. From Tom being hypnotised and thinking he lost his willy and that someone in the audience stole it, to the boys skydiving and surfing (and falling a lot while surfing, it was quite hilarious).
Also, I always wanted McFly to make a DVD of recording their album. Just see work behind the scenes of making the album. I was just talking about it when I watched Panic At The Disco's Making of Pretty. Odd. DVD and lookie here, McFly made an album-recording DVD! So the new songs sound awesome. All their playing seems to have improved loads. Harry plays the drums topless (a-la Dave Douglas. I miss you Dave). Dougie's job is "to look handsome and cute" according to their producer Jason. And all is well in the world.
So if you haven't gotten McFly's new DVD and single, go and fucking get it now, you wankers. It's heading for no.1, as they bloody hell should.

Today was a good day....
